I've been working with energy healing for more than 30 years. I was first drawn to learn Reiki at 18 due to having chronic fatigue after a spinal fusion. Our modern medical system wasn't equipped to help, so I looked elsewhere. After doing my first level of Reiki training, I healed from the illness and better managed pain levels, but I also got so much more than that. It opened me up to my souls calling and I felt connected to a loving higher presence that I'd been searching for. Then being able to pass that onto others felt such a gift and honour that I've always held very sacred to my heart.

I continued to expand my spiritual teachings throughout the years in-between raising a family, working, and the normal life callings. But no matter how busy life got something within always drew me back to learn more about myself, how to heal the trauma's I had gone through and how to create a better life for myself and all those around me. 

In my 30's I was given the opportunity to learn Universal White Time Healing and Board of Knowledge. This gentle, yet highly expansive energy brought me to tears the first time I experienced it. And for me it awakened my soul even further and connected me back to my soul's origin, plus my intuition and soul gifts opened more. I began to understand why I'd gone through certain things in my life and what it was trying to teach me on a soul level. This understanding gave me a sense of acceptance and peace that I didn't have before.  

Then in my mid 30's a near death experience, changed my life completely once again. I left my job and started studying counselling full time. Spirit gave me the push I needed to now own my spiritual path despite any judgements. I've always been interested in the practical, grounded ways to change our thinking and our lives and this gave me that, which for me was the missing piece to the energy work I already did. During the training I became aware of my own unconscious thoughts and beliefs from family and society's programming that had been holding me back and once I was aware, I was able to change my minds thinking to better support what I wanted to create. Again it opened up another journey of self awareness and change, that ultimately lead to more inner freedom and happiness. 

By no means do I say I have everything worked out or my life is always great, I'm continually learning as we all are. But I do feel I have many tools and experiences that I've learnt over my life and it would be my privilege to assist you on your journey of healing and self discovery.
